We are able to see all categories of patients. We are offering Swift verruca treatments with caution as we may not be able to guarantee completion of a course of treatment. If you choose to undertake this treatment it will be at your own risk. We are no longer offering Noveon fungal nail laser treatment.
We have a number of vulnerable patients and are doing everything possible to keep everyone safe.
We have strict guidelines to follow so that we are providing a safe service, including infection control measures, the wearing of PPE and use of Perspex screens.
Please contact us to rearrange your appointment, if you have had any COVID-19 symptoms in the previous 2 weeks.
Please wear a mask for your visit. If you have difficulties with this or would prefer to wear a visor, please let us know and we will make suitable arrangements.
We are not using any of our shared spaces so it will be necessary for you to wait outside until it is time for your appointment. It is also required that we keep the working space well ventilated, so we suggest that you wear warm clothing for your visit during the colder months. If you are driving to your appointment, it is usually possible to park on the driveway or on the road outside. Please wait in your car and we will collect you when it is safe for you to enter the building.
We thoroughly clean each clinic room between every patient, and this may sometimes lead to extended appointment times.
There will be times when reception staff are working remotely. Please call our surgery number and you will be asked to leave your name and telephone number so that they can call you back. This will be on our next working day.
There is currently a temporary surcharge in place to enable us to function safely.
